This manager sided with fraudelant eBay manager ridiculed me made me out the bad guy

Stated case stands eBay wont be refunding you

Ie rolex watch purchase Japan buy usa seller.

Came from Japan. Got to stanstead fedex couriers

Seller cancelled shipment as paid for watch via PayPal

He then listed it back on eBay for more money

Cancelation sent to eBay. On sellers messages as sent him it

EBay changed x4 consecutive days in a row to different reasons why case won in sellers favour

EBay sent crime ref no

EBay reason 1

I did not pay import duties hence in favour of seller

Reason 2 seller provided fedex tracking showing fedex attempted delivery to my home

Reason 3 I had 3 weeks to pay duty

I did not.

Reason 4. This from eBay usa md.

Seller done nothing wrong

You did not pay import duty

EBay wont be refunding you

I had no watch

No money I paid via PayPal

EBay was.

In receipt of. Before these closed cases in sellers favour. Before these decisions sent me all 4 in 4 days

Fedex sent me email. Mr f could not pay import duties taxes

As he was unable to ie shipment cancelled by seller when registered on line with fedex.

Found shipment.

Ie my watch paid for

Cancelled

To go on. Fedex never attempted delivery to mr f home address because against the law duty must be paid first

After this evidence sent eBay. Received. By them

Case still stands awarded case to seller eBay wont be refunding you

All x4 requested eBay call backs recorded by dictaphone

Plus x1 eBay message to me in writing stating

We are delighted to tell you.

You have won your case

The seller provided invalid tracking info

David you are not alone. We will refund you within 24/48 hours

X1 by eBay message

X4 in requested call backs recordings all reps directed to sellers messages where I sent

Copy of fedex shipment my rolex watch Placed there

All reps saw this

Then directed them to his selling account

Saw my watch relisted

All was given police crime ref no

Told be reported banned fraud seller all taped case won in my favour x4 call recordings plus x1 eBay message

EBay then took further info from a listing. An item paid for a 2 nd watch

Opened PayPal case

Day I was being refunded by PayPal

EBay took half the info off. The first info page.

Transfered to a 2 nd. Page ie further information

My claim item received not as described

Found out had confirmed by recorded requested call back from eBay who asked me david did you Realy screen shot the original watch listing gave her reasons of why told her my reasons was look in my messages to watch seller its there

EBay confirmed seller revised further info page delegated it

Hence only one info page. Further info not there blank screen shotted blank screen. Showing x1 information page

So gone was further info page with extra links warranty booklet instruction book

Which I did not receive

Be ready with your bank chargebacks

Make sure purchases are made via. Any card. Because if direct debit you cant get a charge back. EBay aware of this how many customers not knowing.

Finding out the hard way this is where eBay will rip people off and it will Really hurt

I had over a decade of positive feedback on eBay and a decade later I've been selling via friends and relatives. Deciding I want to take the pressure off I've asked for an appeal.

They are constantly denied without reasoning.

Recently I had to report a Chinese seller that was listing items they didn't have. They took my information spammed me and the started calling from China. I reported this and still they are allowed to sell

Yet a back injury that made a few parcels late has me banned forever.

It was the only way of generating income while ill so everyone around me allowed me access to their accounts so I could feed myself. I us can prove I'm capable of keeping up as I did prior to the injury.

I keep explaining that the injury is well over now. They won't listen.
